This update about the development progress of James Street in Bradford and is dated from 18/12/2018.

We are 8 week into our construction programme here. Full demolition and strip out is complete. All floors have been levelled with new acoustic floating floor laid to each level. Our partition walling is 50% complete with boarding going up and first fix electrics and plumbing well underway. We are on course for our predicted Q2 completion here. 31 flats and 3 ground floor retail units!
