The building has been made safe for works and the internal strip out is complete.

The roof has now been fully removed from Block A and site cleared. Some internal apartment strip out has commenced to make ready for incoming contractors.

We are currently working through all the planning conditions with the Conservation Officer and Planning Officer from Liverpool City Council. This has taken a lot longer than expected and is due to the historic nature of the works. The council are very insistent that even the original roof tiles be reused to maintain the original features.

We are awaiting some official discharge notices where we can then return on site for continual works.

We are due to go back on to site once these conditions have been discharged. We will then be able to provide a more detailed build schedule. Please see the images below.
