In the heart of Albert Dock’s remarkable regeneration is our brand new residential project, Quay Central. It’s a high-specification new-build development located in a core part of Liverpool Waters’ future cultural and leisure hub – Central Docks.

Set in the most centralised location within Liverpool Waters, Central Docks will be the area’s beating heart, forming its entertainment, business and leisure hub. Quay Central will bring 108 spacious one and two bedroom apartments ideally located in the Central Docks suburb. Quay Central | Development Progress 20/11/2018

This update about the development progress of Quay Central in Liverpool is dated from 20/11/2017:

Progress on site at Quay Central continues at pace, with block work to the ground floor plant room, lift shafts and substation progressing well. Ground floor slab and below ground drainage works are now complete. Structural frame, metal decking, upper floors and roof slab are also all 100% complete.

The external wall panels are now complete. Window installation is well progressed on all levels and elevations. Dry lining & M&E service distribution commenced on floor 6 with first fix commenced on level 5.
Apartment fit out progressing well on level 2, including kitchens, wardrobes and bathrooms. External brickwork progressing beyond level 6 on North and East elevations, level 4 on the South and level 4 on the West elevation.

Completion is still on track for February 2019.
