This update about the development progress of Asquith House in Leeds is our second update dated from 30/06/2017. Construction works are beginning to edge ever closer to completion, which is expected from next month in July.
The attached report has images and goes into more detail about what works have been completed and how things are progressing. Important points to note are below.
Main Points:
- All boarding works and plastering to the internal walls are now complete on all floors.
- All fire stopping procedures are now complete on all floors.
- Snagging works are now underway, which is undertaken by the construction company to rectify any minor faults before the final handover.

This update about the development progress of Asquith House in Leeds is our very first update dated from 25/05/2017. Interior work at Asquith House is progressing well. Practical completion date is June 2017.
The attached report has images and goes into more detail about what works have been completed and how things are progressing. Important points to note are below.
Main Points:
- Boarding works to the internal walls have now started on the 6th floor and will start on the 5th next week.
- Floor protectors have been laid out on all floors from the 6th floor to the 2nd, ahead of the commencement of fire stopping work. The fire stopping is due for completion by the middle of next week.
- The retaining wall to the grounds is now complete.
