Dear Investor,
Here are some useful updates for Sky Gardens and it’s current progress provided by the developer:
• We have now instructed the full design team who have commenced the detailed design
• Phase 1 asbestos removal has been completed from the MOT garage
• All pre-commencement conditions have now been submitted and acknowledged by the council
• We have now received the bat licence which has been submitted and acknowledged by the council, we expect this to be discharged within the next couple of weeks
• The only remaining condition is then the Archaeological investigation which is going to take place after we have demolished the MOT garage
• CIL commencement notice has been submitted and acknowledged by the council
• We have submitted the initial notice to Building Control which has also been acknowledged
• Phase 2 demolition & asbestos removal will commence at the end of July
• Planning for life will be secured by the end of July following Phase 2 demolition
• Enabling works to the Mill and site will start mid-August
• Main contract work will start beginning of October
• Agreed development funding terms
• In talks with tier 1 main contractor
• Build programme agreed at 30 months

Dear Investor,
Here is an update for Sky Gardens and it’s current progress provided by the developer:
• We have now completed RIBA Stage 3 design
• Phase 1 asbestos removal has been completed from the MOT garage and demolished
• All pre-commencement conditions have now been formally discharged
• We have submitted the initial notice to Building Control which has also been acknowledged by the council.
• Development finance terms have been agreed
• Advanced contract negotiations with tier 1 main contractor
• Main contract work will start in October / November
• Build programme agreed at 30months
