The internal areas of the show apartments have been completed and decorated with interior design finished. We are currently finishing the balcony areas. We anticipate these will be ready for prospective tenants and investors to view in May 2020.

Kitchens are fitted (minus appliances) on all floors apart from the ground floor and bathrooms are all fitted down to the second floor. On the top floor, the painting, plumbing and electrics are complete in all of the apartments. They’re also carpeted, apart from in the show apartment. The smoke vents are being fitted throughout the building.

Work is beginning on the landscaping to the rear, with the space being cleared ready for tarmacking and fresh lines being painted on the car park. Planting beds will be dug out ready for planting at a later stage.

First Fix Plumbing and Electrics.

First Fix is now well underway on Stonecross House, as the top two floors really begin to take shape. Mains boards have been installed and first fix plumbing for the Kitchens and Bathrooms is complete on these floors. Work is also progressing well in the installation of the mechanical ventilation that will run throughout the development. First Fix Upper Floors & Drone Video.

Recent good weather and the installation of the construction lift at the rear of the project have enabled the build to really begin to move now with the top two floors fully partitioned and first fix plumbing and electrics underway. Heaton Group have taken advantage of the recent fine weather and produced a Drone video of the site and local area to give interested parties a real feel of how Stone Cross House is going to become part of the Church Wharf regeneration scheme transforming this fantastic town.

Partition Construction Underway. New Floors Complete.

New drainage system and floors are now installed across all 5 floors. The partition team have now begun the construction of each unit on the top floor in readiness for first fix electrics and plumbing.

Rip out complete. New drains and floor screeding underway.

The internal demolition is now complete with all new door openings formed. Work is well underway installing the new drainage system and insulated floors. The lift has also now been erected at the rear of the site ready for the delivery of the partition walls that will soon be installed.
