This update about the development progress of Austin Hall in Leeds is our second update dated from 30/06/2017. Construction works are beginning to edge ever closer to completion, which is expected from next month in July.
The attached report has images and goes into more detail about what works have been completed and how things are progressing. Important points to note are below.
Main Points:
- Floor 6 is near completion. The whole floor is ready for remaining sealants to be applied to any gaps and holes. The builder’s clean can then be undertaken, ready for hand-over.
- Floor 4 and 3 are complete and are waiting for the builder’s clean ready for hand-over.
- The Ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor are still in progress. All the rooms are structurally complete and the rooms are now being painted and carpeted, with furniture installed.
