See below photos of the works taking place in AXIS, Leeds.

The Lower ground floor carpark, Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor apartments are reaching completion of first fix works – where the first fix services are installed, all walls plasterboard and ceiling grids are in place. External curtain walling and glazing has commenced.

2nd fix trades will commence in February with ceramic tiling and kitchen installation and joinery commencement on Ground and First floors followed by 2nd then top 3 floors.

The top 2 floors new build extension is now on the final level to roof – these top 3 floors will be made watertight over the next 3 to 4 weeks allowing first fix works to commence.

All planning conditions have been discharged.

Project planned completion still programmed for end September 2024.

Lightweight steel frame structure for top 3 floors is complete.
Roof deck is complete.
Roof waterproofing is complete.
First fix fit out trades for levels LGF/GF/FF/SF is nearing completion.
2nd fix to above floor started- first level of kitchen installs due in 2 weeks. The sample flat will be completed all trades by end March.
External Curtain walling ongoing.
First fix services etc to top 3 floors has started.
External rendering die to commence end of March, followed by balcony glazed balustrading, waterproofing and tiling.
