Pembroke Studios | Development Progress 19/09/2017

This update about the development progress of Pembroke Studios in Liverpool is dated from 19/09/2017. EPC certificates has been applied for and will arrive next week. Completion statements are due to go out this week also.

We’re very close now! Snagging is to take place between 1st October to 6th October for final minor finishing works. Some very positive news for our investors; there are already 25 tenants staying in another one of the developers properties in readiness to move into Pembroke and a further 35 enquires listed!

Main Points:

The structure is fully constructed and wind and water tight.
Every room has the furniture fitted. This includes bed, kitchen, appliances, cooker, hob and all floor finishes.
Carpets are being laid starting 21st September and are due to be fully completed by 29th September.

Main Points:

Rapid progress is being made with interiors.
Plumbing is completed on 1st and 2nd floors, floors 3, 4 and 5 will be completed W/C 7th August.
Flooring has been installed and doors are being installed on floors 4 and 5 with furniture to be fitted on Floors 1 and 2 W/C 31st July.

1st Fix Electric, Plumbing and Joinery almost complete to all floors. 2nd Fix due to commence 10/07/2017.
Windows have been installed up to Floor 4.
Rapid Progress is being made with plastering and boarding this has been completed up to Floor 4.
