Floors 1,2 & 3 have all been second side boarded. Plaster to start on 2nd floor 19.06.23.

Works are progressing well and very quickly approaching completion. The building is being completed top down, meaning that the 3rd floor has now been offered up for final snagging and inspection from the contractor. Whilst the ground floor will be offered up for final snagging and sign off in around a fortnights time. Communal parts are being picked up and will be worked through with completion of the floors.

Testing and commissions of all units, communal parts and life safety systems are on going and progressing well. Build control sign off is expected to be issued in around 3 weeks time
