Building B – frame complete, floors 1-3 are fully plastered, floors 1 and 2 are being fitted
Floor 4 is fully boarded out

Mabgate Gateway | Development Progress 18/06/2018

This update about the development progress of Mabgate Gateway in Leeds and is dated from 18/06/2018.

Construction progress of Mabgate is in advance of the target, with block A likely to complete next month, and block B estimated to complete in September. Below you can see images from the Mabgate construction site.

Block B: The frame is complete and the fitting out is starting on the ground floors with insulation etc being fitted
Metal deck to upper floors is 100% complete.
Block A: Is far more progressed, the units vary in their build stage from boarded to 2nd fix.
The rear elevation is predominantly glazed, the front elevation has the frames in place. Brick and stone facing is in place as per images.
Units have stairs Fitted internally and the more advanced units even have laminate flooring and doors fitted (all covered and protected).
