All repointing work is now complete and paintwork is 80% complete with just final coats still to apply.

Main Points:

All excavation and underpinning works now complete.
Living areas and bedrooms to flats on 2^nd and 3rd floors insulated, boarded and skimmed. Bathrooms boarded.
Scaffolding to be erected to 5 York Street imminently. This will allow for the removal of the rear elevation stairwell wall. It also allows us to begin loft conversion to 5 York Street.

Additional excavation has been completed on the basement to 5 York Street and expect to complete work to 3 York Street this coming week.

Main Points:

Both gardens have been flattened and cleared. We have dug down to expose the main drain to both gardens as well as the 2 light well entrances into the basement flats
New Hush28 flooring system laid to rooms on ground floor, only corridors outstanding
All new structural steel and pad stones installed for loft floor. Loft floor installed and boarded
